[The Brief]

Create a self-initiated campaign for the NSW Department of Education’s Teacher Attraction Initiative, focused on promoting the Early Career Academy. The goal was to design a suite of digital and print materials that communicate the Academy’s purpose: to support future teachers through every stage of their journey. The campaign needed to reflect the Department’s branding, maintain accessibility standards, and appeal to a diverse audience including high school students, university students and career changers.

[My Role]

In this self-initiated project, I developed the campaign concept and visual identity across both digital and print formats. My role included designing social media tiles and a two-page brochure, all aligned with NSW Department of Education brand conventions and accessibility guidelines. I conducted research into the Early Career Academy and the Teacher Attraction Initiative, translated key messages into clear visual narratives, and applied principles of layout, typography and hierarchy to ensure clarity and engagement across all formats.
